Whether you’re into art, cooking, music, mindfulness, budgeting, or any other skill you’d love to share, we want you to bring your magic.

Lynelle offers compassionate, confidential support for those facing emotional struggles—because she’s walked that road herself. Diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder while raising young kids, she learned to thrive and now helps others do the same, with training from clinical and peer professionals.
Her healing partner? Nugget, a sweet Boxer mix with a big heart and therapy dog credentials! He brings calm and comfort alongside Lynelle—in private sessions or at Coffee & Conversation.
